Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms describe use of the AUTOMATION website and the initial inquiry process. Each paid project requires a separately agreed proposal.
Website information
The site introduces services for business automation, scripting, and software integrations. Descriptions are general; availability and feasibility depend on the tools, data, permissions, and requirements of your project.
Demonstration projects
Items labeled “Concept Demo,” the workflow visualization, and their sample data are illustrative concepts. They are not client case studies, production services, or evidence of achieved business results. Clicking a workflow step changes the illustration only and does not connect to your accounts.
Prices and proposals
Displayed prices are starting estimates in US dollars, not fixed quotes or commitments to a delivery date. A proposal defines the scope, estimated price, timeline, payment arrangements, and any relevant taxes or third-party costs. Sending a quote request does not create an obligation to purchase.
Project arrangements
Before development begins, the parties agree on deliverables, review and acceptance, required access, responsibilities, confidentiality, ownership or licensing, support, and any cancellation terms. Changes to scope may require an updated price or timeline.
Appropriate use
Provide accurate contact information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not use the form for spam, illegal requests, or attempts to disrupt this website. Do not include account credentials or payment details in an initial inquiry.
Third-party tools
Integrations may depend on external platforms, subscriptions, API limits, and their terms. AI outputs can require human review. Project-specific limitations and review steps should be discussed before implementation.
Questions
Use the contact form for questions about these terms or a proposed project. See our Privacy Policy for how website inquiries are handled.
