Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
This notice explains how AUTOMATION uses information submitted through this website. It covers initial inquiries; data handling for a commissioned project is agreed separately.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, message, inquiry type, and your agreement to this notice. For project estimates, it also collects country, budget, company name if provided, and selected service. The date and reference of the inquiry are also recorded. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive personal data, or confidential documents.
How we use it
We use your inquiry to understand your request, contact you about it, prepare a proposal, and manage the related conversation. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list. You can withdraw your permission for further contact using the contact options below.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in a private server database accessible to the site operator. If email notifications are enabled, the inquiry is also transmitted through the configured email provider to the operator. Hosting and email providers may process information in countries different from your own. We do not sell inquiry information.
Retention
Website inquiry records are removed from the active database after 90 days by the maintenance process. Related correspondence or records for an agreed project may need to be kept separately for the project or applicable obligations. Backups, where enabled, follow the operator’s backup retention schedule.
Security and spam prevention
The form uses validation, a signed form token, submission limits, and a hidden anti-spam field. Short-lived, keyed hashes derived from the request’s IP address and email are used to limit repeated requests. This rate-limit data expires within one hour. Server access logs may include an IP address, requested URL, time, and browser information.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not enable advertising trackers or third-party analytics by default. The contact form does not require tracking cookies. A session-only preference remembers whether you hide Byte’s tips; it is stored in your browser and is not sent to the server. If analytics or other tools are introduced, this notice and any necessary choices will be updated before they are enabled.
Your questions and requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry, or withdraw your consent. We may need information to confirm that the request relates to you. Contact us through the contact form, selecting “Quick question” and describing your privacy request. Rights and applicable requirements may depend on your location.
